Don’t ask me why I never really checked this out before but it never really appealed to me. I like to sport outside more I guess. But since it is too hot outside in Dubai to go for a run, and there is a gym at the hotel, I started ‘working out’ for the first time.
One of my favorites is the treadmill. Before I didn’t like them because I liked running outside more, but I started to appreciate them. The constant tempo, the ability to go slower/quicker, and the ability to just stop and start when you feel like are great advantages to ‘real-life’ running. Also I started testing the ‘Cross Trainer’ and also started liking it after a while. Concerning the weightlifting and the other devices I’m not sure what the best way is to use them but maybe I’ll go to a professional gym later and get a trainer.
